Paul Jakeway

With over 25 years of work in the Forestry sector. Paul brings significant knowledge and experience to your project at Geoterra.

Paul began his career in the forest industry in his teens working at a pulp mill and after acquiring a forestry degree moved into the forest consulting industry in the BC interior, Coastal BC and Southeast Alaska. Paul is experienced in timber development using a wide range of harvesting methods from ground based, cable, winch assist and helicopter. He moved into working for a large forest company on the BC coast as a Logging Engineer. Paul then returned to the forest consulting business working for several BC Coastal First Nations, several forest companies and the BC Government. He enjoys working in the forest, training and mentoring new and young forest professionals and designing roads and cut blocks. Paul is a Forestry Project Manager on several projects in BC in all aspects of forest management.
